9-1-1 Center registering persons with Autism Spectrum Disorders

Do you have a family member that has an Autism Spectrum Disorder or another critical disorder / functional need where there may be communication issues if the 9-1-1 center is called and first responders are sent to help your family member? If you do, the Randolph County 9-1-1 is willing to register your family members critical information in our CAD Systems Names Table to provide information to first responders should an emergency occur with that family member.

To do this registry, we have a form that would need to be completed by a parent or guardian and mailed to the 9-1-1 center. Once received, we would add information on that form to the Names Table. This information would only be used if emergency situations and only distributed to responding emergency personnel.

The registry form can be found at: http://randolphcounty.us/form/9-1-1-autism-spectrum-disorder-registry-form. The mailing address for the 9-1-1 Center is 155 E. South Street in WInchester, IN 47394.
