The County Assessor will provide their Annual Notice of Assessment or Form 11 No Later Than April 30, 2019. The cutoff date for appeals on the assessed value will be June 15, 2019. Be reminded that this is just a notice of value, it is not the tax bill. The Assessor's Office is here to help you understand the process of valuation. The term "Improvements" does not refere to what you have done to the Dwelling or structure, it simply is a legislative term that describes the value of all the buildings or structures located on the said parcel.
The County Assessor has published a report that shows the average sale price of Residential Homes for 2014 through 2018 with an average sale price for the county. This is a two-page report that shows each taxing unit as well as each Twp.
Assessor has posted the vacant AG Land Market rate for the County. You will be able to find the average vacant AG Land rate per acre, for your taxing unit as well as the county average. Rumors that a man arrested in Randolph County a couple of days ago being the person that committed the Delphi double homicide are not true. This agency was recently contacted by a media outlet stating that they felt the person recently arrested for child molestation greatly resembled the sketch of the Delphi killings. This agency advised the media outlet that they would forward the info to an FBI agent that was involved in the case. The Randolph County Law Enforcement Youth Camp is accepting camper applications for this years camp through May 18th, 2018. Camp for 2018 is June 18 through June 21, 2018.
Campers need to be between the ages of 11 and 15, and must be 11 by June 18th, the opening day of camp. The application can be dropped off at the sheriff's department or any other police department within Randolph County. They may also be mailed to the Randolph County Sheriff's Department at 155 E South Street, Winchester, Indiana, 47394. Please address the letter to Youth Camp.
Beginning in 2018, all Randolph County registered voters may vote at any Vote Center in Randolph County. The new VOTE CENTERS are replacing the former voting polling places (the place that you used to vote). As long as you are a REGISTERED VOTER from RANDOLPH COUNTY, you may choose any of the VOTE CENTERS from the list. PHOTO ID IS STILL REQUIRED WHEN YOU GO TO VOTE.

LEPC Public Notice
The Randolph County Emergency Planning Committee will hold its meetings for the year 2018 at 8:30 AM at the Randolph County Sheriff’s Department, 155 E. South Street, Winchester, IN; on the following dates: February 7, May 2, August 1, November 7, and at such other times as shall be duly authorized by act of the Committee or its Chairman. All interested parties are encouraged to attend.
The Randolph County Solid Waste Management District is pleased to present a Community Grant Program for 2016, designed to encourage an increase in recycling, raise awareness about important environmental issues and support efforts by county agencies, clubs and businesses to dispose of waste responsibly. All local units of government, non-profit organizations, schools, civic organizations, businesses and clubs operating within Randolph County are encouraged to apply.
The Sheriff's Department is accepting applications for the position of Deputy Sheriff. You can pick up an application at the Sheriff's Department and submit it with a resume if you prefer by April 15th, 2015. All applicants must be a high school graduate, have no felony or domestic violence convictions, and be at least 21 years of age.
The Sheriff's Department and City Departments within the County have been receiving multiple complaints of tool thefts from within garages and work sites. Thefts of tool trailers are also occurring. We ask that people in the community keep your garages secure as some of these are occurring in open garages which makes an easy target.
