A new page has been created on facebook where you can receive information on current crimes within the County and provide information or tips.  Simply go to https://www.facebook.com/RCcrimetips and keep up to date on things going on around the County.  We need the public's assistance from time to time to get information on crimes and drugs so do your part and report what you know.  Your name can stay anonymous.

In the final weeks of 2014, citizens of Randolph County may have received a notification via the mail from "Local Records Office," an organization that solicits your business to provide you with a copy of your deed and property record. This organization is not associated with the Randolph County Recorder's Office or any other governmental entity. "Local Records Office" is purely a business asking you to send a large sum of money, $89.00 to be exact, in order to obtain a copy of your deed.

Every day, Hoosiers lose money to frauds and scams. The Attorney General's Office offers a tool for Hoosiers to stay aware of the latest frauds to avoid falling victim. Consumers can sign up to receive fraud alerts by email or text message.

The consumer alert program works as an early warning system. Once you sign up, you will be alerted of frauds believed to pose a threat to Hoosiers with links to tips on how to avoid the scams and what to do if victimized.

The Clerk's Office is now accepting ATM credit/debit cards (EXCEPT WHEN PAYING CHILD SUPPORT). 

YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR CAUSE # to make sure that you're payment is applied to the correct case.

The Clerk's Office still accepts cash, money orders, cashier's checks and checks (Note: You cannot use a check for criminal payments i.e. fines/costs).
