Civil records are maintained in the Randolph County Clerk's Office. The cost to obtain a copy is $1.00 per page. There is an additional charge of $1.00 per document for "certified" copies that contains the clerk's seal. Submit an online email request to the Clerk's Office to receive a copy of old records. The copies are $1.00 per page and they will be sent by regular mail after we call you back and have you pay for them over the phone (unless you pick them up in the Clerk's Office). There is a $3.95 convenience fee that is added to the copy fees when paying over the phone with a credit or debit card.
To submit an online request, go to the Clerk's home page and click on "Email the Clerk's Office". Leave a detailed request with as much information as possible (names/years, etc. of the information you are looking for) and please leave a phone number and email address as to where you can be reached. We may need to contact you to ask how much information you are looking for. We will also need your mailing address to mail your information to you later (if it is a copy that you are requesting).
